3. This is a brand new Boost sim card. PORTING YOUR EXISTING NUMBER TO BOOST:

 You can request to port your number to Boost when activating the SIM. Before porting the number, contact your current service provider to confirm personal details. Make sure your Name and Date of Birth registered with the number are 100% correct, including spaces. Ask to update your details if anything is incorrect. Once confirmed, provide the exact details to Boost to initiate the porting. Some carriers will send you an SMS to authorize the porting request, so ensure the current SIM is inserted until the service is disconnected.

Telstra users need to contact Boost first before porting their number. We tend to ship out the item the one business day if the purchase is made Mon-Fri, by Australia Post. TERMS OF SALE All the things we sell come under warranty unless stated otherwise in the listing.

We will replace the item if it’s defective within 7 days of purchase and will ship the replacement sim promptly to you. An Invoice will be provided (ON REQUEST) for Warranty purposes. Any warranty claims after 7 days of receiving the goods will need to be taken up with the Manufacturer of the item. If you need our assistance in contacting the manufacturer, we will be more than happy to assist you. We leave a POSITIVE FEEDBACK for you as soon as possible in GOOD FAITH.
